There are five RTM standing committees which meet at Sullivan Independence Hall the week prior to each RTM meeting.

At the beginning of each RTM term the standing committees rotate the conference rooms used for regular meetings. Below you will find a list of where each committee meets. Also listed are the days for each committee along with their regular times.

It is important to note that these times may change due to the items on each agenda and the workload for each committee. (December 2011 is a good example of when times were changed due to a 17 item agenda.) Also, many times there are joint committee meetings as well and they are held in the first floor conference room. On those evenings, usually at approx. 7:30 or 8pm, the joint meeting will take place for a short time to hear items and then committees will go back into regular session separately.
